How many students got into WU BBE after taking this course?
As of now (the beginning of 2026), around 200 students who participated in this course got accepted into WU BBE throughout the years. Honestly, I always knew that I had 100+ students who got in, but when recently I decided to double check my tables and statistics I was pleasantly surprised to see that my initial estimate of 100+ is almost double that in reality. So I want to thank all my students for their hard work and dedication to their dreams, it is always a pleasure to work with motivated students! Do you pick AI-generated tasks and then add them to the course?
Absolutely not. This course was created in 2021, even before ChatGPT became public in 2022, so all the theory was written by me (Maria) in a way that I would have liked the concepts to be explained to me back when I was preparing for the WU BBE entrance exam in 2019, that is why my students often say that they finally understood the topic after going through it in the course, and that is my main goal. I know that AI is great for increasing the quantity of tasks, but it is not great for their quality because as we all know it can make mistakes and can make more surface level tasks than needed. I share the opinion of WU professors who are fighting against AI, and since they will not be using when making the actual WU BBE entrance exam, I also do not use AI when making the practice tasks in my course :D. I am more of the opinion that classical/traditional learning of going through the theory, taking your time to make handwritten notes (the exam is offline in 2026 so you have to get used to writing with pen & paper), and then listening to a teacher (in this case me) explain all the details and possible approaches to tasks that save time during the exam while answering the students' questions is the best way to really learn and understand the topic from all sides and to be able to solve the task no matter which format it will be in
What will be the format of the WU BBE entrance exam in 2026?
The WU BBE entrance exam will be back to the OFFLINE mode like it was in 2018 and 2019 before it was switched to online mode in 2020-2025. Of course it is a huge change and the offline format is absolutely different from the online exam and requires different strategies (time management, stress management, etc.). But do not you worry. I took that exact same offline format back in 2019 so I know what to prepare you for and I will be actively sharing my experience so that you know what mistakes or troubles to avoid that you might not event think about now.
Do I have to use an online calculator or an online note-taking tool during WU BBE entrance exam preparation?
Please do not do that. Now you have to get used to offline tools and not waste your time with online ones. It hurts to say this because my course platform has an in-built calculator and a note-taking function that I made sure is as close to the exam as possible, and now it is not needed anymore, but with things adapting and changing I am also adapting and changing my advice. So 1) you should buy one of the permitted calculators and solve the tasks using it, because on the exam you can have complex calcualtions to do with multiple steps and you need to know which button does what and what is the optimal order of operations to get the final answer, 2) you should buy yourself a few notebooks and get to writing! As your hand needs to be used for writing for a prolonged period of time and not get too tired, as the WU BBE entrance exam will be 2 hours of almost non-stop writing

How high will my chances of getting accepted be after taking this course?
This course was developed to fully prepare you for 101%. By that I mean the timing, the format of questions and the level of knowledge needed to conquer the exam and become a student! Many students from 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 have pointed out that ALL THE THEORY THAT IS NEEDED TO SOLVE THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF THE EXAM (MATH) WAS COVERED IN THE COURSE! Please see reviews in the review tab;) Our mission is to help you be ready for the entrance exam, your mission is to be among the best 240 students (out of approx. 3700 applicants as published by WU in 2025, that means that 15 applicants were competing for 1 spot). To achieve that you will need to study hard and complete the practice tasks!
Who made this course?
A team of high skilled specialists (please see "Team" tab for more details) have been working for more than 5 years on this course. Constantly improving it and adding learning materials and practice tasks. The author of this course has graduated from WU BBE and has started Digital Economy master's program at WU in September 2023. She (Maria) is a teacher who specializes in tutoring for the WU BBE entrance exam preparation, QM1 and QM2 (Quantitative Methods 1&2, first&second semester of WU BBE) and IELTS. She has already successfully prepared students for the entrance exam in 2020,2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Around 200 students from this course got accepted and are currently studying at WU BBE. So the methodology on which this course is based and the knowledge included there have shown amazing results.
Is this a good deal?
Exam preparation in Austria costs around 20-75 euros per 45-60 minutes, so you will get all the necessary material with my advices for the price of just 7-8 private lessons (if we take the average price of 40 euros)! On top of that you will have access to online webinars! There are 14-19 math topic webinars in each webinar cycle (there are 3 of them throughout the academic year) + there are 10-12 additional webinars (e.g., Economics Q&A, trial tests Q&A and etc.) This course also indirectly helps with the knowledge needed to pass other entrance exams to other universities (e.g., Lauder Business School, Alpen Adria University, JKU, FH des BFI). Students have told me that after preparing for the BBE exam, the other entrance exams seemed like a piece of cake! Also, once you get accepted to almost any bachelor degree related to economics/business, you will very likely have a math-related subject (especially statistics). And I have been thanked by my students for making their study process much easier, since they have already learned most of the math topics in the course.
Will there be any extra expenses?
No, only if you want to book extra private lessons with me in case you need extra help with any topic. This course is more than enough to prepare for the entrance exam and has everything you need. Once you buy it you have all the materials for self-studying and access to webinars with me, where I will explain the topics and answer all your questions.

What are the webinars?
Webinars are online group lessons with Maria, the author of the course. There will be weekly online webinars (one week=one math or one math topic=2 weeks in case it is split into two parts because it is a long one and also some extra webinars when needed) where I will answer all your questions about that topic (for example, explain a part of the theory or solve a practice task together, based on experience students need help with some practice tasks and we solve them together for each topic). A full cycle of webinars lasts around 3 months. The first cycle has begun on the 27th of September but the course is made in a way that you can join it anytime and be able to catch up (+ the second cycle will begin in February and the third one in April). THIS COURSE DOES NOT CONSIST OF JUST WEBINARS, SO WHENEVER YOU JOIN YOU WILL FOR SURE HAVE A LOT TO DO (plenty of written theory and practice tasks will be available 24/7 on the online platform for you to solve). There will be 3 webinar cycles until the entrance exam in 2026.
How much time do I need to prepare?
It depends on your knowledge you have right now. Based on experience if you have a B2+ level of English, 3 months of organized studying should be enough. It is very individual, some people need a year and some people need one month. My advice as a tutor is if you have the time to prepare in advance use that opportunity! You will be much less stressed before the exam and you will not have to rush with your preparation. As I always say, revising something you have already learned is far less stressful than learning something for the first time one or two weeks before the exam!
